Project Management

At Advanced Discovery we believe that great project management begins and ends with great planning. Consequently our department heads are committed to providing strategic guidance, practical advice and allocating the human resources needed to meet your discovery requirements. In collaboration with you the client, we will build a statement of work reflective of the methodologies required to meet your expectations. A designated project manager will be your main point of contact throughout the life of your project. Communication from your project manager will consist of project updates, exported or written status reports, billing summaries and scheduled project meetings. Your project manager will engage in project workflow as well as project timelines.

As examples, our dedicated project managers provide for our clients:

• Organization of collections process
• Maintenance of chain of custody forms, data tracking information and review metrics
• Communication bridge for client and other vendors/internal team on project specs
• Creation and administration of review preparation database(s)
• Creation and administration of review database(s) in either iConect, Relativity, Concordance/FYI or Summation, consulting on structure and security settings
• Instruction to reviewers on best practices in chosen platform
• Creation of and instruction on improved search methodologies and terms used
• Consulting with the client’s team and experts on identification of key documents and organization of same
• Creation and implementation of production, clawback, deposition preparation and trial preparation processes
• Production of data according to stipulation, creation of processes adhering to same and final QC of productions prior to opposing party delivery
• QC’ing data received from opposing parties for adherence to stipulation

Our project managers are geared to proactively communicate openly and frequently to maintain a common and collaborative vision.
